The Cast of Bear Eats Cow

Paul, Patrick, and Dave have been performing improv shows together for five years at ImprovBoston. Bear Eats Cow is their newest comedy endeavor.


Paul Dome

Paul Dome

Paul Dome joined the ImprovBoston Mainstage cast in 2002. Paul has studied under various improv gurus at theaters from across the country, including Second City, ImprovOlympic, Upright Citizens Brigade, ImprovAsylum and ImprovBoston. Additionally, he has performed throughout New England and the US as well as internationally in Toronto and Puerto Rico. Past acting credits at ImprovBoston include Gorefest V-VII, Atreus, Oceans 2, The ImprovBoston Holiday Spectacular, and Phys Ed with Coach Crotchky. Paul also teaches and directs both improv and sketch comedy and has appeared in many regional commercial, voice over, and radio spots. As a final thing note, Paul would like to share that when offered, he cannot resist eating crab rangoon...ever.


Patrick French

Patrick French

Patrick French has been performing as an actor and improviser throughout the Boston area since 2002. He currently performs with the ImprovBoston Mainstage, and has appeared in numerous showcase shows at IB such as Crime Solving Bear, Crime Solving Bear 2, Oceans Two, The A-Team: An Improvised Parody and Gorefests 3, 4, 5 and 7. In 2008 he co-wrote, directed,and performed in Laugh Track!, a showcase show that took a comedic, behind-the scenes look at the world of sitcoms. Patrick has also enjoyed performing stints with the Improv Asylum's NXT cast and The Tribe. His awards include ImprovBoston's 2005 "Rookie of the Year," and Best Actor at Boston's 2010 48 Hour Film Festival for his role in ALBATROSS Productions'"For A Few Flowers More." He has been known to get occasional commercial work - you may have seen him and heard his voiceover in numerous Papa Gino's pizza commercials, where he masterfully played the role of a hapless suburban dork whose grill has caught on fire. He also once threw a snowball at a moving police car to impress a girl - proving he'll do anything to make you love him.


Dave Sawyer

Dave Sawyer

Dave Sawyer is a Boston-area actor, comedian, teacher, and professional web smarty-pants. He has performed at comedy festivals around the U.S. including the San Francisco Improv Festival, The Chicago Improv Festival, Out of Bounds Festival (Austin), The Spontaneous Combustion Festival (Atlanta), and the Providence Improv Festival. Dave's international festival appearances include the Tokyo Impro Festival and the ImproSport Festival in Puerto Rico where he performed in spanish alongside competing acts from Mexico, South America, and Spain. His two-man sketch show - Sawyer & Hurley - has been featured at the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival and the Boston Improv Festival. Today, you can catch him on Saturday nights at ImprovBoston where he is a member of the Mainstage cast. He also teaches improv and comedy writing at ImprovBoston and makes improvised movies with Neutrino. Dave is a longtime freelance web developer, a Tennessee Squire, an associate member of the Society of American Magicians, and a graduate of the Second City Conservatory.
